Have you ever faced the App Not Installed error when you are trying to install an APK file?. In fact, there are many reasons behind that message but the default Package Installer does not show you.
This release of My APK adds a custom installer called MAI (My APK Installer) which shows the installation error reason (see the above image). MAI does not fix that error but give you the correct reason why that file failed to install.
MAI supports for Split APKs by default but it will show more error detail now. For normal APK file, the Android Package Installer is preferred by default. To use MAI, you need to open that APK then click on the Menu button and select Install (MAI).
