List of installed apps with target sdk information

"From 2 November 2020, app updates must target Android 10 (API level 29) or higher". It is new Google Play target requirement for any new app submit & update.

To help developers easily recheck their app's target sdk, My APK now shows that information for every installed apps and scanned apk files. You can even sort the list by the target sdk as well.

The v2.4.5 detail changelog:

- Sort app/apk list by target sdk
- Apk scanner is now improved a lot. It might be slower a bit for the first time but the next time will be really fast.
- Bug fixes and other minor improvements.
