My APK 2.4.0 - SD card access has been supported

Recently, I have got many user requests for SD card support. I really want to support it but can not make it done because I am pretty busy for other projects.

This weekend, I manage to support it in the My APK 2.4.0

The v2.4.0 detail changelog:

- SD card modification. My APK now supports rename, delete, move, copy and save your apks to SD card. However, you need to grant My APK to access your card by go to My APK setting, click SD card permission and the select the root folder of your SD card.
My APK works with your root SD card only.
Please note that, this feature supports for Android 5+ only.

- Improve batch notification.
