What is an ASPK file and how to open it?

What is an ASPK file?
An ASPK file (Android Split Package) is a custom Android package file format used to backup and install application on Android Lollipop+.
An ASPK file is created by My APK application version 2.5.0 and above as a backup file for applications installed from app bundle source.
An ASPK is actually a zip file which contains some split APK files and meta data that describes an Android application.


How to open an ASPK file?
An ASPK file can be opened by My APK 2.5.0 and above.
Using My APK, you can scan, view or install an ASPK file on your Android Lollipop+ devices.
You can also open an ASPK file by browsing it using a File Manager application with "Open with" feature.
